Looking for creative, unique floral design that matches your bridal personality? Amy of Amy Lynne Originals recently created this gorgeous hydrangea bouquet that I just had to share with you.
The bride wanted something a little rustic but not too country, a little informal but not too wild, and absolutely something that was totally her. She didn’t want the hydrangeas to be in a ball shape, and she wanted something that had a wildflower feel. I just love what Amy came up with – the way she incorporated the greenery and left the stems uneven really added dimension to this bouquet.
What I loved the most, though, was how she incorporated the bride’s mother-in-law’s wedding dress as the wrap for the bouquet, and a photo charm (by yours truly…Simply Southern Photography) to honor the bride’s father. It’s so hard to find a way to honor those we’ve lost without making your wedding feel like a memorial…and so I love how Amy was able to add the charm to the bouquet as a sweet, simple way of honoring a loved one.
Amy will be at The Carolinas Wedding Show this Sunday, August 8 – stop by and check out her unique wedding bouquets and modern floral design work. She will quite conveniently have the booth right next to Simply Southern Photography!
