The C family joined me in Raleigh at the NCSU arboretum (JC Raulston Arboretum) for a Fall family session that was sure to be full of energy! Their three kids keep me hopping, but are some of the cutest kids in the world. On the flip side of their energy is a sweet, caring love for each other and their parents. I love photographing this family … and the portrait above proves why. Miss K snuck in for a quick cuddle and kiss for her mom, and I love the candid beauty of this moment between mother and child.
Her sister was not to be outdone – what a beautiful little grin and sweet moment as she paused by the garden gazebo. She’s a little shy with her smiles, and I love the balance of shyness and sweetness that comes out in this moment.
They joined their brother by the fish pond and spend time looking for “Mr. Frog” and his home. The small garden pond is filled with lilypads and you can hear the frogs croaking in the gardens.
All three together…and what fun it was! They soon joined mom and dad for their family portrait…
And a little play time for their family portrait from a different angle!
