Sadie and Ward’s wedding day in Winston-Salem started out with a little drizzle and a whole lot of beautiful details! They were married at First Christian Church in Winston-Salem, and had their reception at Brookstown Inn.
Her shoes were AMAZING…and so was her beautiful bouquet, created by Floral Visions Design Studio, and wrapped delicately in material from her mother’s wedding dress.
Her wedding dress a fabulous mix of demure, vintage, and a little modern – and it was the perfect choice!
I loved how natural her makeup was, and the minty sage green of the bridesmaids dresses.
One last check before it’s time for a little chocolate…she was so sweet to pick out Ward’s favorites and send them his way!
He kept his mind busy playing pool and ping-pong…
While all the emotion from the day hit home for Sadie, just before getting into her dress.
Her bridesmaids helped her primp and straighten…
And she added her earrings…
While they helped with her bracelet, and showed off their bridesmaid’s gifts – green bracelets that mirrored the style of the bride’s.
She was stunning!
Wade reflected and started to get ready for their wedding day…
Looking over the rings and talking with the pastor and Sadie’s father.
and then it was time to get married!
Her dad walked her down the aisle while Ward waited patiently at the altar for his bride…
With a sweet first kiss, husband and wife!
Congratulations, Sadie and Ward (or Ward-y and Sadie 😉 )! More coming soon!
