It’s time for Nicole and Troy‘s last sneak peek from their wedding at the Millennium Center! Their reception was beyond fun – it was full of laughter, dancing, and fun details. But before we get to those…a few more of Troy and Nicole on the rooftop of the Millennium Center.
Just after the ceremony, they snuck up to the roof for a few images pre-reception.
Nicole wore a flower in her hair instead of the traditional veil, and it was a nice, elegant touch to her bridal updo. I also loved how her dress fell in tiers around her after it was bustled. We headed down from the rooftop to kick off their reception with first dances!
Nicole and Troy giggled as they watched a slideshow of their memories. From funny childhood pictures to even funnier high school pictures, the slideshow brought both tears and laughter to their guests.
She danced with her father so sweetly as the slideshow played in the background.
The tables throughout the reception were decorated navy blue tablecloths – very elegant, and very pretty. The centerpieces by Imagine Flowers alternated between an arrangement of pink Gerber daisies with white roses and submerged orchids in tall square glass vases.
Their stemless wine glasses were wedding favors, and said “Eat, Drink, and be Married” with Nicole and Troy’s names and wedding dates. It’s the first time I’ve seen these as wedding favors, and they were a huge hit with the guests!
Their cake from Cakes by Manfred was so pretty.
And was fabulous!
Toasts and dinner…then lots of dancing!
And a healthy dose of laughter! 🙂
From laughter …
To spinning around!
From catching up with friends…
To dancing the night away…
With lots of zeal!
Their candid images were so much fun! The reception was definitely fun for all involved, and yet Nicole and Troy still were able incorporated sweet ways to honor friends and family. One of my favorite parts of the reception was Nicole’s dance with her mother.
It was a very touching moment…and yep, we needed tissues!
Congratulations, Nicole and Troy, on your elegant, beautiful wedding at the Millennium Center and on joining two very fun and fabulous families!
