We here at Simply Southern Photography are excited to share with you a bridal portrait sneak peek from Hannah’s session! You may remember her wedding sneak peeks with the beautiful first look at sunrise on the beach. I love the Outer Banks of NC – such a perfect spot for a beach wedding.
For Hannah’s bridal session, we headed to her family farm in Yadkinville, where she walked through the same creek she played in as a child. It’s no wonder this image was one of her dad’s favorites – from 4 years old to wedding day, she’s still dad’s little girl!
Hannah and I have a shared love of everything rustic for weddings, and so her portrait by the family pond in the Fall was one of my favorites. I love how her tattoo is just barely peeking out, and how she’s sitting on her family’s quilt – definitely an heirloom for generations to come.
Another image by the pond shows three of the important touches she selected for her wedding day – a handmade crocheted flower bouquet, her family Bible, and of course, her cowboy boots. A rustic bridal portrait wouldn’t be complete without them!
Last but not least, I was drawn to the field of soybeans as the sun set over the bridal session – what a gorgeous bride, and what beautiful amber tones from the field and the sun!
